What do your retreats include?

Accommodations. Daily yoga & meditation. Healthy prepared meals. Wellness coaching support. And, of course, time with mama ocean.

What do I bring?

Comfy clothes. Workout gear. Sneakers/sandals. Layers. Casual dinner outfit. Yoga mat. Water bottle. An open mind.

Can I come alone?

Of course. There will be plenty of personal downtime, however, all of our planned activities will be done together as a group.

Is it ok if I am a beginner?

Def. Our nutrition/yoga/meditation workshops are tailored for all levels, from beginners to advanced.

How do I get there?

You can drive via Highway 27 or take the train to Montauk Long Island Railroad Station or hop the Hampton Jitney.

What's the cancellation policy?

We're all about commitment. We're committed to providing a deep, immersive wellness experience, and to do so, we have a firm no cancellation policy. In the case of severe weather, or emergency, the retreat will be rescheduled. We also reserve the right to cancel or postpone at our sole discretion.

What's this gonna cost me?
